Dam Neck Naval Base (often written Damneck or Dam Neck) is a surf spot on the Virginia Beach / South Virginia Beach coast in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic, not the Northeast in the strict sense. It sits near Naval Air Station Oceana / Dam Neck Annex and is a beachbreak area exposed to the Atlantic.
