Ghost tree

Ghost Tree is one of California’s most infamous big-wave surf spots, located off the coast of Pebble Beach, near Monterey on the central California coast.

It’s considered one of the most dangerous surf spots in California because: - the reef is shallow and rocky - the takeoff is late and critical - wipeouts can be severe - access and rescue are difficult due to offshore location and conditions
