Aparri

Aparri, Luzon, Philippines is a relatively lesser-known surf destination in the far north of Luzon, near the mouth of the Cagayan River and the Pacific-facing coast. It’s not as developed or as consistently surfed as places like Siargao or La Union, but it can offer powerful wave conditions when the right swell and wind line up.
