Flø

Flø is a scenic surf spot on the west coast of Norway, near Ulsteinvik in Møre og Romsdal. It’s one of the better-known Norwegian beachbreaks, set against a dramatic backdrop of mountains, open sea, and rugged coastline.

• Wave quality can vary a lot depending on sandbanks, tide, and swell direction
• Water is cold year-round, so a thick wetsuit is essential

• Can be more approachable on smaller days, but conditions may still be demanding
