Langevelderslag

Langevelderslag is a well-known North Sea beach break on the Dutch coast, near Noordwijk / Langevelderslag in the province of South Holland. It’s a classic surf spot for the Netherlands: open beach, shifting sandbanks, and waves that change with tides, sand movement, and swell direction.

What it’s like

• Best swell: West to northwest swell usually works best
• Wind: Offshore winds are typically from the east or southeast, which can clean up the waves
• Consistency: Fairly consistent by Dutch standards, but quality depends a lot on sandbars and weather
