Patoles

Patoles is a lesser-known surf spot on the Pacific coast of Mexico, in the Sinaloa–Nayarit region. It’s generally described as a powerful, regional beach break / point-style setup depending on the sand and swell, with the kind of raw, uncrowded energy you often find in this part of Mexico.

What to expect

• Swell exposure: Faces the open Pacific, so it can pick up south and southwest swells well.
