Užava, Latvia is a windswept Baltic surf spot on Latvia’s western coast, known more for cold-water wind swells than tropical-style waves. It sits near the Užava River mouth and opens to the Baltic Sea, so conditions are highly dependent on storm systems and seasonal winds.
