Inchydoney, Southwest Ireland is one of the more famous surf spots on Ireland’s south coast, just off Clonakilty in County Cork. It’s a long, sandy beach break with a beautiful setting and fairly consistent Atlantic swell exposure.

What it’s like

Inchydoney offers a relaxed, forgiving wave setup compared with many of Ireland’s heavier reef breaks. On smaller days it can be mellow and fun, while larger winter swells bring faster, punchier surf.
