Easky right

Easky Right is one of the classic heavy-wave points on Ireland’s north west coast, near the village of Easky in County Sligo. It’s a right-hand point break that works best on solid northwest swell and offshore easterly winds, and it’s known for producing long, powerful, often hollow waves over a rocky reef/point setup.

Easky Right is generally considered an advanced to expert-level wave. The wave can be heavy and unforgiving, especially at size, with a shallow takeoff zone and a strong, energetic sectioning wave. It’s not the best place for beginners.
