Porlackshöfn

Porlackshöfn, also spelled Þorlákshöfn, is one of Iceland’s best-known surf spots and a local favorite on the southwest coast. It’s a small harbor town about an hour’s drive from Reykjavík, facing the open North Atlantic, which gives it consistent swell exposure compared with many other Icelandic beaches.
