Prasonisi, Greece is one of the most famous windsurfing and kitesurfing spots in the Greek Islands, located at the southern tip of Rhodes. It’s known for its unique geography: a sandy peninsula that connects to a small island, creating two very different water conditions on opposite sides.

What makes it special

One side usually has calmer, flatter water
The other side gets more open-sea waves and chop

Prasonisi is exposed to the Meltemi summer winds, making it a highly dependable wind spot from late spring through summer.
