Cap St Louis Left is a left-hand reef/point-style wave on the French Mediterranean coast, near Marseille. It’s one of the better-known quality breaks in the area when conditions line up, offering a short but powerful left that can be fast, hollow, and quite technical.

Because Mediterranean surf is highly wind- and swell-dependent, it’s not a consistent everyday wave, but when it fires it can be one of the more rewarding spots in the region.
