Grand Crohot

Grand Crohot is a well-known surf beach on the Atlantic coast in Gironde, France, just north of the Arcachon area and close to Lège-Cap-Ferret. It’s one of the classic Aquitaine beach breaks, exposed to the open Atlantic and shaped by shifting sandbars.

Because it’s a sandbar-driven beach break, the peak location and wave shape can change frequently after storms and strong swells.
