El Lloret is a quality north-coast reef break near Las Palmas on Gran Canaria, known for delivering powerful Atlantic waves and a more exposed, often uncrowded surf. It tends to work best on north to northwest swells with southerly or offshore winds, producing fast, hollow lefts and rights over a rocky reef/volcanic bottom.

This spot is generally better suited to intermediate to advanced surfers, as it can get punchy and unforgiving, especially at larger sizes or lower tides. On the right swell, it offers clean, well-shaped waves and can be a very rewarding session. Be aware of rocks, reef exposure, and strong currents, and check local conditions carefully before paddling out.
