Forrest Caves, Phillip Island (near Melbourne East, VIC) is a fun, scenic surf spot best known for its beach breaks and shallow banks rather than heavy reef or point waves. It sits on the southern side of Phillip Island, in a wild, exposed stretch that picks up plenty of Southern Ocean swell.
