Waitups

Waitpinga is a remote, exposed beach break known for its powerful Southern Ocean swell and often strong, challenging conditions. It’s the kind of spot that can produce fast, hollow waves when the swell and wind line up, but it’s also unforgiving—with strong rips, shifting banks, and plenty of power in the waves. It tends to work best in clean swell with offshore or light winds, and is generally more suited to confident intermediate-to-advanced surfers.
