Gerroa – Seven Mile Beach (NSW South Coast) is a long, exposed beachbreak on the lower South Coast of New South Wales, just north of Kiama and Shoalhaven Heads. It’s known for its beautiful, wide-open setting and a mix of mellow sections and punchy peaks depending on sand conditions and swell direction.

Best on: Medium to larger S/SE swells, with W/NW winds
Wave quality: Can be fun and playful when the banks line up, but it’s often inconsistent because the sandbars move around
