General feel

These kinds of South Coast “caves”/reef spots often have a more powerful, raw, exposed character than beachies. When it’s on, the wave can offer quick takeoffs, walling sections, and occasionally barrels, but it can also shut down or get heavy and sectiony if the swell direction is off.

Access is often via coastal track or headland access, with a local, low-profile feel. Respect for locals and awareness of conditions is important.
