Flatrock

Flatrock, Newcastle, NSW is a local surf break in the Newcastle area of New South Wales, known as a generally exposed beach/reef setup that can pick up a decent amount of swell. It’s typically more of a powerful, open-coast wave than a mellow beginner spot, with conditions that can change quickly depending on wind and sand/reef movement.
