Fingal Spit

Fingal Spit (NSW, near Newcastle) is a scenic sand spit and surf location on the NSW coast, best known for its exposed beachbreak, shifting sandbanks, and powerful ocean conditions. It sits around the Fingal Bay area on the Port Stephens coast, roughly north of Newcastle, and is popular with experienced surfers looking for less protected, more punchy surf.
